To all parents of competitors:
Thank you for your commitment to the students and this community.
Please review the following parameters:
1. Every competitor must be accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone. This is not a drop off event. Your student will not be able to check-in at the tournament without an accompanying parent or adult chaperone who is at least 21 years old.
2. All parents are expected to judge. But don't worry! You are qualified and we will train you. Judge Orientation will be offered 45 minutes before each round.
3. All parents must report to ballot push 30 minutes prior to each debate round to ensure that all judging slots are filled.
4. All students and parents must attend the morning announcement session. Exceptions will be granted to parents who are in judge orientation.
5. Chaperones must carry signed Medical Release forms for their students. In order to meet the judging needs, each chaperone may only cover 1 additional student outside of their own children.
